The cancellation policy is only valid before the tenancy has started.

60 to 30 days before the arrival date

Cancellation within this period is free of charge

29 to 15 days before the arrival date

You will be billed 50% of the rental amount if you cancel within this time period

14 days or less to the arrival date

You will be billed the full rental amount
